The establishment of Sekolah Seri Cemerlang as an academic Private Primary School in Melaka, particularly in the Melaka Tengah district by UTeM Holdings Education Sdn Bhd (UHESB), represents a strategic and high-impact initiative.

It is the first academic Private Primary School in Melaka to integrate the Kurikulum Standard Sekolah Rendah (KSSR) with a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) curriculum.
